Shipping & Deliveries

Due to the recent COVID-19 pandemic, we are temporarily suspending ALL returns. At this time, we are no longer accepting returns for any order placed on or after March 01, 2020, in order to help decrease the amount of potential contamination coming in and out of our facility. We of course are following strict guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), which recommends regular cleaning as one of the most important preventative measures we can take. We apologize for any inconvenice this may cause and thank you for your understanding.


RESHIP QUALIFICATIONS

  1. Damaged product with picture as proof/
  2. Tracking that has not been updated for 5+ days and appears to be lost. Also, requires lost package form.
  3. Lost packages. Requires lost package form. One-time courtesy reship. No reship and/or refund if 'lost' a second time.


INCORRECT ADDRESS BY CUSTOMER
We are not able to refund/reship packages shipped to the incorrect address. If you would like to ship an order to more than one address please contact Rachel at rachel.l@nxnbeauty.com. We would love to accommodate you.
