Please check orders carefully before placing them. In an effort to ship out your products as fast as possible, we immediately begin processing your order as soon as it is placed. Unfortunately, once orders are submitted, we are not able to cancel them.

Return Policy

Every NxN Beauty purchase includes a 100-Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order, return your products within 100 days of receipt for a refund minus $6 processing fee per combo. Simply include your order number and a small note to why the package is being returned and ship to:

Shipping Cost

We offer free shipping to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

International Shipping and Cost

All international orders are charged $19.99 shipping. International customers must pay all customs and duties based on the receiving country. NxN Beauty will not be responsible for customs and duty fees. Any returns as a result of an undeliverable or incorrect address, customs and/or duties, will be refunded at the purchase price less shipping costs. Delivery Time

If your product is in stock, your order if packed and shipped within 24 hours once it is placed (excluding holidays and weekends). Once shipped, your order usually takes 3-4 business days to arrive. Orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. Out of Stock items and those accepting Pre-Order Reservations are always clearly marked on the website.

Tracking Orders

We will email you a shipment notification along with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
