Every NxN Beauty purchase includes a 30 Day Complete Satisfaction Guarantee. Please contact support@nxnbeauty.com for complete directions on how to return products. Refunds require return of product(s) less a $6 return processing fee per combo. Return shipping and handling are the responsibility of the customer.
